Thanks! I have about 40 hours into these.
I love the style. The color work alone is exquisite. Very nice. Another shining example of why its body ART.
I hate the be the pessimist.... Some can absolutely be body art but, unfortunately, a lot of the stuff I see on the beach around spring break is just...... NOT.

Oh I don't disagree with you there at all.

Hell. Some of my pieces I wouldn't dare call art and others I would.

I was just stating it's wonderful to see an example of how beautiful and excellent a piece of work can be.

You can't possibly consider your Pokemon or Jesus pieces as non-art.

The Pokemon is basically just flash.

The DMB tat is pretty terrible when it comes to line work. But Jesus is awesome

LOL, you guys are funny. I wanted tats since I was 18. I wanted the Punisher as a chest piece, but common sense keep me from getting one until I turned 50. Then I got both of these, Dragon and Tiger in Japanese style by a world renowned artist. Glad I waited. Jeff :ccool:

Knowing my luck if I got a Chinese symbol tat it would really mean no. 3 with eggroll

When I got the shield, I asked one friend who is Chinese to translate the words "Honesty, Loyalty and Dedication" into Chinese for me. I then had another friend who is also Chinese and doesn't know the first one to tell me what they mean. He confirmed what was given to me by the first friend. That was all the confirmation I needed.

Worked in a tattoo shop for a few years. This guy would alway come in asking for free ink. So one day one of the artists, a Jewish guy, tattooed him and told him he was tattooing bravery on the back of his neck in Hebrew. Only he actually tattooed what loosely translated into "I'm a mooch. "

Ha ha. The dangers of heckling your artist...
