I looked in the fridge and found fresh grated Parmesan about 3/4 cup, tbsp of minced garlic. I tried mixing this together but it didn't work so I added about 1/2 tbsp of mayonnaise so it held together like a nice paste. Just scooped it on the chops and heat did the rest. Then to get the cheese a little crusty on top I turned on the rotisserie burner on medium for a few minutes. Truth be told, I probably couldn't get them to look that good again! They were magically delicious though...

Smoked brie with blueberries and honey, corn on the cob, and cedar plank smoked salmon.

It's the brie smoked in at the same time as the salmon? Wifey does baked brie quite often, but I'm going to have to try smoked now!
No, I put the brie and the corn on first and let it go for about 20 minutes. Once I pulled it off I added more coals and threw the salmon on. I cooked them both on some cedar planks from Outdoor Gourmet that my wife got me for Father's Day.

Been a busy weekend on my Big Green Egg. I had 16 pounds of pork butt smoked for 20 hours Friday night / Saturday. 5 pounds of chicken wings slow cooked over direct heat with roast red potatoes on Sunday. Burgers and corn on the cob going on tonight. Man I love summer cooking. I need to get in the habit of taking more photos of my cooks though.
