Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over the next few weekends BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.
No, I put the brie and the corn on first and let it go for about 20 minutes. Once I pulled it off I added more coals and threw the salmon on. I cooked them both on some cedar planks from Outdoor Gourmet that my wife got me for Father's Day.It's the brie smoked in at the same time as the salmon? Wifey does baked brie quite often, but I'm going to have to try smoked now!Smoked brie with blueberries and honey, corn on the cob, and cedar plank smoked salmon.
