If you like craft beer it's definitely worth it. If you are happy with Bud light, well I can't help you with that. Lol. I make fruit wines too. Even less equipment and easier, but the process is longer (mostly waiting). I make a 10%abv lemon wine that tastes like lemonade, it's dangerous stuff.

Sorry to derail the thread guys! No pipe for me tonight, but I'm dreaming of some Mississippi River or some more Solani Aged Burley. I am serious when I say I'm pretty sure the Aged Burley is the only pipe baccy I have had that hasn't messed up my mouth.
Lemon Wine!!?? Do you know of any companies that brew a good version of this?

I have never seen it commercially. I take 1gal of fresh squeezed juice, freeze that to try and kill off any wild yeast. Thaw that out and mix with 5 gallons of water, 10lbs of sugar, some yeast nutrient, and a few packets of champagne yeast. It ferments dry, then you kill the yeast and back sweeten

Thanks for the recipe! I'm assuming most of that sugar gets eaten by the yeast?

Esoterica ASTB in a Royal Ascot Lovat.
Does the rev approve? I managed to snag 2 tins of Pembroke which is obviously the least saught after Esoterica as it was still in stock 1 hour after the notification.. Surely all Esoterica cant be amazing? I have only tried Peacehaven and i loved it.

Frankly, ASTB is my favorite Esoterica blend. It's sublime. Pembroke is the only one I haven't tried. I like Penzance but not so such that I pay too much for it. Stonehaven is great. Peacehaven while good isn't my favorite. But they're all good. #therevapproved
