Playing catch-up on posting.

Some nice entries from @webmost came in just before Christmas. Sadly, you can only submit one of the blends for the contest. Please let me know which one you want to have scored in the contest and I will return the other cigars safely to you. Thank you very much for entering the contest!

Well, hell. I specifically remembered you saying it's okay to submit several.

Leave the olorojo, return the uppowoc.

If I said that I want to honor it, but I don't think I would have in this type of format. It would be like having a closest to the pin putting contest and allowing one of the contestants to putt twice.

Everyone,

I appreciate the enthusiasm for this project. It is shaping up to be a lot of fun. This post will (hopefully) clear up the guidelines and also get us started on a final tally of participants.

For the purposes of this particular friendly contest, we will stick with one blend submitted per person. I have scoured all of my posts from this thread and found no indication that multiple submissions per person were called for. If I am wrong about that, please point it out to me and I will allow it. I will safely return the extra cigars submitted by @webmost and gladly accept the entry that he chose to leave in the contest.

- As for the entrants, so far. I have received cigars for scoring from @nic @Jim D @Marc L and @webmost
- @BrewinHooligan posted a pic of the cigars he wants to submit, but I think have not received them yet.
- @kamaangir and @Hopduro expressed interest but have not submitted their entries yet.
- @blisscigarco was tagged a few times, but I don't think we ever saw a response.

The deadline for entry is still January 31st.

Howbout this: You take either of my fives and submit it under kaamangir's name, the other five under hopduro's name, and I'll send you a new five to submit under my name. Seem bout fair to you?

Yeah, that sounds like mine. They can be cut to length but the tips are at that end and it lights up easier with the shaggy feet so I've never cut them....Weird, I suppose so. But it works for me!:jimlad::cigar:
