BOTL UPCOMING MAINTENANCE
Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over time BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

These are just my quick notes from 2013 but its something... "salty and meaty with tons of chocolate, coffee, light woodiness, touch of black licorice, and a good dose of pepper on the retrohale. There's also this wonderful salted butterscotch note that keeps coming and going. Smooth creamy...

What is it about the CC..

I enjoy the body and flavor with the easy going strength. Granted I generally only smoke them in the morning or early afternoon. Later in the day I tend to prefer something bolder and stronger.

Homebrewers - Whats Fermenting?

Been a damn long week. Just finishing up my 5th brew day in the past 7 days. Brewed up 2 different APAs, a Weizen with a new yeast strain, Oatmeal Stout, and my Caribbean Cream Ale. Feels good having all the fermenters filled. Though it feels even better coming in over the estimated batch size...
