  • BOTL UPCOMING MAINTENANCE

    Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over the next few weekends BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

    I agree with Glenlivet 12. Alternatively, Glenfiddich 12 or Glenmorangie 10 are along similar lines as good, accessible, relatively inexpensive places to start into single malt.

    I wouldn't put Folk metal anywhere near "Viking" metal, if by that you are talking about bands like Enslaved, who are fantastic, and not goofy at all. There's just too much Polka in bands like Finntroll.
