I use snack baggies for single un-celloed smokes and then put them all in one big baggy and wrap themin bubble wrap, the ship via USPS priority with delivery confirmation, $4.60 nationwide if less than a pound. for up to 10 smokes the VHS/DVD box will work just fine.

OK, the person that I PM'd asking to hold the list of participants and their respective numbers has agreed. I just recently PM'd another BOTL to see if he'd be interested in picking the number. If he agrees, I'll then contact both to verify the number and we'll have a winner.
