Collaboration beer between Stillwater & Emelisse - Holland Oats ... Pretty disappointing. Flavors don't mesh well together.

Has this yesterday: Santa Fe Brewing - Imperial Java Stout. Don't let the can fool ya! This is pretty good, a lot of coffee & dark chocolate.

Sharing a bottle of quite enjoyable 2011 Schlafly's Reserve Barleywine-Style Ale with some BOTL tonight and smoking an equally tasty 2009 La Verite. Thanks CMac and TNT!

Allagash - Odyssey... Dec. 2011 version. Very nice Old Ale. Oak presence and dark fruits shine through wonderfully.

3 Floyds / Brewdog collaboration - Bitch please... After having Adam's peaty beer, I felt jipped with this one! It was still good though

Sorry that my peat bomb has left other beers lacking in the peat department. :glassesgr I have to start thinking about brewing the next batch of that in the next 4 months or so. I'll try using a oak spiral instead of the cubes I've used in the past to emulate barrel aging. I might go up to 50% peat in this version too.
