Now I'm drinking the beer I made to satisfy my Orval purchasing. It could be pride of crafting it myself, but damn I like mine more. Mine has a nice fruity profile with a slightly firmer bitterness. Carbonation on both is very close, mine is clearer, and a touch more amber colored.

Been sick for a little bit. Had these last night.

Funkwerks - Tropic King ... An imperial saison. I like it but I drink saisons because they're light and refreshing, not to have an amped up heavier version.

Three Floyds & Half Acre Collaboration - Mutiny & the Mollusk ... An oyster stout that in on point!

Pretty Things - Jack D'or ... Very lemony but heavier than I care for in a saison.

3 Floyd's - Apocalypse Cow ... Juicy fruits and hops!

A couple Yuenglings while on the golf course and finished the round with a Harp in the bar, even though I ordered an Amstel Light.

In true WSU fashion I am drinking Busch Lights all night while watching the first football game of the year. The Chimay Blue I had last night was much tastier if I say so myself.

Had a couple of these yesterday, one from a can and the other in the glass. This is on par with Pliny. There I said it!
