BOTL UPCOMING MAINTENANCE
Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over the next few weekends BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

Homebrewed 8.5%abv saison single hopped with mosaic. Just kegged Friday night so it's still a little cloudy from the yeast not fully settling yet but it's too good to wait. Has a great fruitiness from the hops, perfect spice/phenolics from the yeast, a hint of tartness from the lactic acid added to the mash, and a sweetness on the finish. One of my favorite beers of mine. Was too lazy to grab a proper glass since I'm out in the garage rolling cigars
