21st Amendment Allies Win the War..

Certainly unique. Not sure where my opinion falls as a result just yet, but absolutely different than most everything I've been drinking lately, thats for sure.

My 1st go at the 2011 Deschutes Abyss...

More ready from the get go than the 2010 was IMO. Way more balanced and complex than the oak aged YETI I had last night...but that's no dig on the YETI. This Abyss batch is legit.

Nice! Enjoy it Hayden....that 2010 is definitely ready to go. I'll be having my next try at that one here the night before New Years Eve. Got quite the Stout lineup for me and a good buddy of mine whose coming to town with his family....to include both the 2010 and 2011 Abyss.

New Years Eve we're goin Belgians...

This is entirely true. I went oak Yeti and Abyss back to back this evening, well, cuz I could. And this years Abyss is freaking great. I also had an Oakshire overcast Stout, and about half a dozen Jubleales today. Been drinking beer since I put the turkey in the Traeger at 8 or so this morning.

Had a DFH 120, Firestone XV, Double Dread Imperial Red Ale, Schlafly Christmas Ale and a Winter Grind Coffee Stout last night. I only remember this because the bottles were on the counter this morning.
