Big cooking weekend in our house. We had a late cinco de mayo party yesterday so we had chipotle pork tacos with all the fixings, Guac, maragritas and blackberry margaritas (all from scratch, my wife is pretty amazing in the kitchen).
So we used the left over tortillas to make enchilada casserole. Food for the week.
Then used our wok for the first time to make shrimp lo mein (also for the week)
Then for dinner tonight (and left overs) some grilled pizzas.
