I look at those yummy Walleyes and all I can think of is Fish Tacos. Since my cousin turned me on to them I think I have only had fried walleyes like this twice in the past 5 years. No matter what it is still a great meal.

The wife and I changed our breakfast plans at about 9:30 last night, which necessitated a trip into Eagle River for a lemon and English muffins.



Homemade Hollandaise, homemade Canadian bacon, home grown chives. I really need to try my hand at making English muffins.

Big cooking weekend in our house. We had a late cinco de mayo party yesterday so we had chipotle pork tacos with all the fixings, Guac, maragritas and blackberry margaritas (all from scratch, my wife is pretty amazing in the kitchen).

So we used the left over tortillas to make enchilada casserole. Food for the week.

Then used our wok for the first time to make shrimp lo mein (also for the week)

Then for dinner tonight (and left overs) some grilled pizzas.
