My Sunday breakfast: omelette with my smoked Sockeye salmon, cheese and sautéed onions; home fries fancified with Herbes de Provence; bacon; and an English muffin.

My Dad came up for Father's Day. Smoked salmon, grilled herb bread and asparagus and made a tomato, cucumber, onion and avocado salad. My wife made grilled strawberry shortcake for desert. I'm so thankful to be able to spend Father's Day with my 81 yr old father.

$0.59/lb chickens at ShopRite. I’m totally Bubbain’ it up. Fried chicken, grilled chicken, chicken stock, chicken soup, chicken dumplings, lemon chicken, Italian chicken, chicken salad....that’s about all I’m gonna do with it.
The smell of bacon cooking over a campfire is intoxicating

Ha! It's at my dad's. Not really ideal, especially for trying to do close to a dozen in an evening.. But it works. It's given me a lot of thoughts on how I want to build mine in the future.Not bad for a gimp
