I doing a Rack of Baby Backs Pork Ribs, I dry rubbed them with Garlic Powder, Paprika, Onion Powder, Dry Mustard, and some Sage. Put them in a foil pan with about 1/2" of Cheap Bourbon in the pan. Cover with foil and cook in oven 7 - 8 hours at 200 degrees.
Simple and 1,2, 3....YUM..
Well it is now almost 1800 HRS, the Rib were like wonderful. Bones came out like withdrawing a knive from a glass of water. The meat was so tender, and the cheap booze
(bourbon) infused the meat with a woody flavor.
