I just googled a French bread Dutch oven recipe.
This one came out kinda low. I should have doubled it because it ended up only 4 inches or so high. http://www.lifeasastrawberry.com/easy-crusty-french-bread/ I don't have the fancy proofing basket they use.
I add little squares of Asiago and some shredded 1/2 of each maybe 8 or 10 oz total in the flour before mixing. As well as the chopped garlic. (like 7 or so cloves)
I do this with focacia too but add rosemary.

Thanks for the reply. I do the dutch oven breads also. I just thought this might be different since it looked flat.

Nope I was wondering why it only asked for 2.5 cups of flour. Usually it's closer to 5. But it ended up perfect for sliced garlic bread.

A bit off topic, but any of the brothers have a good AUTHENTIC carne asada marinade recipe?

Everything I’m finding online looks like boo-boo.

Thanks!
