Thanks for the reply. I do the dutch oven breads also. I just thought this might be different since it looked flat.I just googled a French bread Dutch oven recipe.
This one came out kinda low. I should have doubled it because it ended up only 4 inches or so high. http://www.lifeasastrawberry.com/easy-crusty-french-bread/ I don't have the fancy proofing basket they use.
I add little squares of Asiago and some shredded 1/2 of each maybe 8 or 10 oz total in the flour before mixing. As well as the chopped garlic. (like 7 or so cloves)
I do this with focacia too but add rosemary.
