I saw Alton Brown make something like that on Good Eats. Pumpkin, apples, feta, and garlic seemed like an odd combination, but intriguing. How does it taste?Jalapeño Cranberry Sauce.![]()

Same recipe. Alton Brown is my spirit animal. It's very good. A little labor intensive but worth it. Tastes totally different than you would expect.I saw Alton Brown make something like that on Good Eats. Pumpkin, apples, feta, and garlic seemed like an odd combination, but intriguing. It was a recipe that was coming up on Facebook and really sounded like something the wife and I could enjoy. It was really good but... next time I will use fresh thyme and rosemary and not dried. It was still great but I think fresh would have been better. The piquant sauce we used on our onion rings was 1/3 C sour cream, 1/3 C mayo and a good scoop of horseradish and a dash of garlic salt. The horseradish was from the cooler and was hot/aromatic. It worked well with the prime rib but was made for the onion rings.Looks like the wife decide to copy @Almi ...Turned out amazing.
Apparently that's where she got the recipe and absolutely agree on the using fresh herbs next time. All we had was dried herbs, but still came out pretty good.It was a recipe that was coming up on Facebook and really sounded like something the wife and I could enjoy.
