Curious if anyone has tried the Glock 43?? Want to get some feedback to help me with my decision of purchasing one,or not...
I have fire one twice, liked the feel, as it was much smaller than its big brothers. Not a huge fan of Glocks myself for carry though. Just my preference, as I was a LEO for 25 years before I retired.

STI makes a really beautiful pistol. I've been eyeing them for a couple years now. Very nice piece.
Tripp has always been a favorite. His hard chrome is amazing. I've wanted an STI for years as well, just never had the right place right time opportunity. Congrats!
Got a "steal" on this one! It was a gift from my dad who bought one for myself and each of my sisters when he retired from TABC in 2010. Great shooter, crisp trigger and tight groups. I have a Sig TacOps 1911 and the STI shoots circles around the Sig. The bull barrel makes a huge difference imho....

Just picked up a Springfield Armory XD 45 ACP. I couldn't pass up the deal I got with 4 magazines, under $400, brand new. Right place, right time. I actually like the way these fire, although it is a little too big for me for conceal carry, but I can hide anything with an untucked shirt and proper holster. I also like this has a grip safety, like a 1911

The grip safety on it works quite differently than a 1911s, just FYI.

Yep sir, I knew the difference. I figured with the heat out here, might've a better gun to carry at times. If it doesn't work out, one can never have enough guns. Lol.. Icouldalways carry my Colt Double Eagle. Lol.
