Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over the next few weekends BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.
That Cavenders Greek Seasoning is a secret ingredient in a few places around here. There's a BBQ spot who makes amazing grilled chicken breast (super hard to do without drying it out). Not sure what the other part of their process is, probably a brine, but the seasoning I'm almost 95% sure is just Cavenders.Man that looks good
I love Cajuns choice, I haven't used the blackened seasoning but I use the creole seasoning on tons of stuff.
