I still haven't figured out where it's going to go after the tree comes down - probably in my garage since that's where I herf, but it does look good on the tree.

1-They take some and must smoke the cheap cigar and give a review,
2-Then if they survive smoking the dog rocket, they donate some cheap cigars and mail it to the next player.

Actually that is the rules for the dirty bomb. The dog rocket challenge was just to smoke and review a rocket for the amusement of some sick bastards that donated money after laughing at us.
