Personal:
1. Respond with less anger and more patience when my kids are pushing my buttons, and to remember that a)they're children, I can't expect perfection, and b)I'm supposed to be shaping their hearts, not just modifying their behaviors.
2. Engage them more; have more conversations, play more games with them, etc.
3. Help the wife grow her business and triple her revenue

Cigar related:
1. Scrimp, save, and sell enough other stuff to buy one box of Cubans each month in 2017
2. Install a vent fan in my smoking room

Life:
Get passports for both of us and plan an actual vacation.
Finish the small projects around the house I continue to put off because they are small.
Lose 30 lbs and actually keep it off for more then a month.
Clean, organize and weather proof (heat) the garage so I can be out there year round.
Love my wife even more and support her goals more.

Business:
Focus on what I can actually affect and not get hung up on things out of my control.
Focus on new account sales, while keeping existing accounts happy.
Upgrade service trucks and aquire forklift for the shop.
Get our cash flow completely under control and start using it to our advantage.
Secure a line of credit for future projects, instead of waiting till the last minute.
Aquire more local accounts, so I can travels less and be home more.

Cigars:
Really focus and what I like and not get hung up getting "what's new"
Don't be so set in my comfort zone, that I might over look something I might really enjoy.
Find/convert a cabinet humidor so everything is in one place.
Stop buying when cabinet humidor is full!!!

I want to put a wood burner in the basement, she wants to remodel the bathroom.
Enjoy your new bathroom! :)

Give more, & more often, to charity. (Children's Miracle Network is excellent if you're feeling generous... Can also recommend Charity Water, & Susan G. Komen.)

Increase my retirement contributions & work to diversify them.

Purchase another investment property.

Get married.

Travel to the Pacific Northwest.

Maintain a fitness routine & keep working on eating cleaner.

Make as much time as possible for my nieces & nephews.

As for cigars, buying a wineador would be nice.

Concentrate on quality over quantity.

Smash a couple newbs.

Successfully encourage as many people as possible to bomb @nic

Pickup some overtime while the getting's good at work.
Get married.
Try to be the best newlywed husband I can be for my wife, when I get hitched.
Try to pay off the rest of my truck payments.
Smoke more cigars and deplete my massive amount of pipe tobacco I have stashed so I can get more (No bostoneo status yet).
Live life to the fullest everyday because life's too short. You never know when your time will be up.

I have a couple, hope I can stick with it.
Lose the weight I put on after our last kiddo was born and we ate easy and unhealthy for too long due to little sleep.
Trying to not buy any cigars for the first 3 months of the year. I went crazy last year and have 1000+ sticks that will last me at least a few years.
Spend more frugally.
I've always been a worrier, so my main goal is to quit worrying, sit back and enjoy the little things.

Lack of control when it comes to #2 will absolutely affect #1.

You're absolutely right, he can prevent the latter from affecting the former... which is what his goal is.
