Ted, you talking about the 141.2 Proof? Very nice. Keep an eye out for the 2006 which can still be found here and there. The 2007 should start bottling in just a couple-3 months I think.

Yup, that's the stuff. A guy on CW wanted to trade a bottle for $60 worth of cigars.

I never typed so fast ... :computer:

Oh hell. Nice freaking grab!

ETA:
You know, I figured it might be this guy. What a J/A (IMHU of course). He PM'ed me back in May asking me if I wanted to buy that bottle off of him. I had already traded for some bottles and had one of these coming so I told him I wasn't interested but asked him to get ahold of another CW'er who I knew would be interested. To my knowledge he never did so. That irritates me.

Glad you ended up with it in the end though Ted.

Got my bottle of Stagg today!! It was all I could do to not open that sucker right then and there. I think next weekend I'll crack it open and give it a try. Anyone have any suggestions for a cigar pairing with it?

Hmmm, it's deja vu all over again. I received my bottle of 2005 Stagg today as well. Now my question is:

Should I get the home fire extinguishers recharged this weekend?

Yea, I saw that. Almost sent him a PM, but I'm not really a liquor guy.
Well I'm only an occasional bourbon drinker, but I've heard so many good comments on this brew that I needed to give it a whirl. Plus I've seen these bottles sell for well over a C-note.

I can second the Monte, I smoked a No. 3 with a glass and enjoyed it. I think a nicely aged Boli would probably go well with it also.
