Interest in BOTL cookbook?

The two recipes I have that are familial one is more of a guide with spices and seasoning than a true recipe. The other one actually represents a recipe. I just need to find where I stuck it when I wrote it down last time I was home.

The one recipe is for a savory italian pulled pork. The other recipe is for a GREEN clam chowder.

I like it. I probably wouldn't be able to contribute a recipe. I use the books though. I'd be interested in a purchase. As long as Megan adds her bologna, cheese, and syrup recipe.

I was thinking

• Sauerbraten (soured Beef)
• Grüne Sauce (green sauce)
• Reibekuchen (sort of like hashbrown)
• Himmel und Ähd (heaven and earth, potatoes and apples with fried bloodsausage)
