Just bottled some cider tonight. Should be good. Better than the stout I hope. The cream ale turned out ok, but I have faith in the cider. Anyhow,

Looks like a gorgeous day in Canada! Oddly, I thought of you today.

At Acme oyster house they have "boo fries". Fries with gravy and shredded cheddar. This is not "boo fries", it's poutine. I ordered it as poutine. The guy thought I was crazy. He told me it was a new item. I told him that I had them in Canada as a kid.


Now I want some ketchup chips and Tim Horton's.
