Well fellas, late last night I braved the rocket roulette stick!

To be honest I was a little apprehensive due to @Herfdog’s post about my choice. Then I read @mr.capo.907’s post and really began to doubt my life choices up to that point.

But I took some encouragement from the Bible and “pressed on to the prize”. Pulling it out of the cello it looked like a well constructed stick. Putting it up to my nose I tentatively smelled it, it smelled like a good cigar cocoa, barnyard and cedar. I was tempted to be encouraged by this but knew that anything could be hidden under that beautiful wrapper.

I decided then not to delay the inevitable any longer, I clipped the camp at took a cold draw, cocoa, raisin and cedar. Could it be did I dodge a bullet?

I took my time lighting it I wanted to give it the best chance i could!

First draw OH MY!!! Sweet, cocoa, earth, leather and some spice!

I have won the lottery!!!

Through the first third I was waiting for it to go bad but it never did!

This was a great stick! Reminded me of the Jaime Garcia I smoked the other day!

Once again, I have mixed feelings. I really enjoy the comraderie and joy this pass brings. Watching us all review these cigars brings happiness and countless hours of enjoyment to so many. Every post, every stinky turf is a possible gut busting riot. I'm so thankful to belong to this elite group. It truly is a highlight of my year.

I guess it all depends on how short the list of DRP survivors is.

Oh SCARED, I'm not. I have never had a "cigar" mess up my palette like that thing did. Ugh. There's a part of me that wants to try a Ron Mexico just to see how bad they TRULY are. I'll have to have my faithful Avé Maria knights templar standing by.
