I would also like to make some quick bylaws for the 2019 DRP...
1) Jeremy is in on this pass. He cant say no. He will be getting rockets one way or another... @Glassman must pay for dodging last years and wreaking havoc on palettes far and wide.

2) @Avvatar will also be in on this...Logistics be damned! This is the DRP! We will have a package waiting for you at home...No need to worry about turnaround time on the main box. I will not live in a world where rockets are not burning a toxic hole in your mailbox!

Side note: Not much makes me happier then @Bondo 440 pumping up the masses for this elegant and refined pass. Let the games begin!!!

@BigSkySmoke you could always pull @Avvatar toxic rockets and dog rockets for him and ship them. Even pull his mid-shelfers, maybe mix up the bands, disguise the toxics, etc...

Heck, we can do this for @Glassman too. I'll let @Pennywise827 do this at our herf. Or he could just agree to join us in the pass...
