picked up a 3 lb plus rack of loin back ribs...gonna go with the 3-2-1 method...and maybe make a sauce and smoke up some corn, and make mojo marinated shrimp kebobs for the wifey.

Awesome guys. One thing I miss about Texas is that everybody has an old smokey and they use it. I gained like 25 pounds in a little under a year while living in Houston.

and during the foil wrapped time, I put honey butter and brown sugar on both sides...and good god
