Honestly.. All I am looking for is "this sucks!"... or "not too bad"... etc.. along with some commentary that might help with with the roasting process (scorched, too light, too dark, no flavor, etc..)...

Ive had a couple of cups at this point.. Ill reserve my comments until you guys get a chance to try it.. but a quick summary from my far less than expert taste buds and observations would be... decent to good grade of bean with a good amount of potential.. roasted by an amateur.. that doesnt understand how to get the maximum performance out of a bean yet

Im tapped out on this batch.. I just brought back enough for the 10 people on the original list on this trip...

Ill be back in the land of street beans in another 2 months or so though.. something tells me Ill be doing this again then (assuming no one among the 10 brave souls with this group doesnt croak as a result of my experiment )....

Im just a neophyte having fun at this point... but Im starting to get it figured out.. after roasting up almost 3 kilos of beans over the past week or so Im beginning to understand the process a little bit better... now Ive just got to start figuring out the tricks of the trade

IRoast2. Not made anymore, but you can still find them pretty easily if you look hard enough. It's been a good little roaster for me. I use it for smaller batches for greater control.
