I'm using the LO Dominican Binder, which is PC. Then I use one leaf Olor seco for my seco. From there the world is my oyster. I do have at least one blend that also uses the PCS or PCV in addition to the Olor (don't worry, there's also tons of ligero in there).

I actually think it would have been fantastic as a fully shagged salmon... but maybe that' just me

I agree, it would have been fine. For me personally it was a technique failure; or at least a sign that I have to sharpen that tuck cutter.

Maybe that wrapper was just too fragile or a little too dry when it got cut. Might not have been your fault bro

My plan next time is to hit it with a spritz a few minutes before the rendezvous with the guillotine. Soften up the neck.
