Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over the next few weekends BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.
Shit, just realized who I said that to!Almost any of them except the Feather.
...Just make sure your face remains well-lubricated.
Lmao! You know it's funny. I thought there would be a learning curve but so far after a month I haven't knicked myself even once. Of course I say that and then. Haha!Almost any of them except the Feather.
My first blade was the Darby and I managed not to remove chunks of my face with it. Just make sure your face remains well-lubricated.
Big Fan of the Pinaud ClubmanI just picked up the Clubman Pinaud tonic a couple of days ago - totally an old school barbershop aroma. Love it!

What I think rdom meant by that is the fact that it is a very sharp and aggressive blade and if you aren't used to wet shaving and the technique to it you could be gashing yourself pretty badly. You don't like the Feather? Oh no, I really like the Feather (just started using them) but I thought he had never used the DE razor and wanted to pass along a great piece of wisdom that I had received - which was that the Feather is very sharp and aggressive so it's not a good blade to start with. You don't like the Feather?
