Full disclosure, my sister in law (the chef) gave me a recipe for marinade to make these tacos for saturday with tweaks based on different meats. So all i can say is after 8 hrs of prepping yesterday, these damn things better be good!
Felt like a third world street merchant sitting in my garage smoking a cigar and seeding and stemming over 150 frickin peppers!

Dinner tonight started with some Tri Tip and then some PSD4 courtesy of @redneck_toy around the fire pit and some woodford reserve from @ multi-useless for three of us that are not sober.
