Was recently introduced to Irish Whiskey at my regular cigar lounge. Actually it was none other than Red Breast 12 year. I found it to embody lots of what I love about Bourbon and just enough of something new to keep me interested, and counting down the seconds till my next sip. These are my first two bottle buys; one blind buy. I absolutely love both and think I’ve found a new hobby, after Bourbon & Rye:
