The Willett is a blend of low rye and a mid rye mashbill. In other words, take a normal Kentucky rye (minimal rye) mashbill and a mid-range (75%ish) to blend. Not your average "off the shelf" rye... I've got a bottle unopened on need to break out...

Thanks. I finished my bottle in no more than a month, it’s my favorite Rye so far. I only paid $38 for it too. Rittenhouse takes 2nd place. I doubt you’ll be disappointed by it. Can’t wait till my B&M restocks it

Yeah, the bottle hasn't looked like that for several years. I've got an Weller Antique in that style of bottle.

Long night at work, this morning I decided to cracked open the 6 year stored plus 8 year 8 month barrel time 4 Rose's I have. 35% mash bill/delicate fruit yeast
