Had a pour of Stagg Batch 19 while my lady had a cider of some sort

Came home and cracked the Jack Daniels 12 Year

I'm an occasional cider fan...I just Google'd this one and it sounds pretty damn good. The Shacksbury Lo-Ball Whistlepig barrel-aged cider is probably my favorite that I've had so far.

A couple trades this week. Grabbed a couple Whistlepig single barrel picks. A 13 year "Whiskey Rick" which I've had prior bottles, and "Snake in my Boot" which is a 14 year barrel at 119 proof.

Also traded an older Booker's for a couple more Charlie's Batch, which I think is the best batch since 2019.

Had a craving for that Beam peanut funk, so I cracked a Booker's Granny's Batch (20-01) as it is the most peanut forward Booker's I've had. Followed that up with a pour of its predecessor, Beaten Biscuits (19-04).

They give you a biscuit when you do a tasting. I thought that was awesome.

Two new bottles and two fresh cracks last night.

Another bottle of my favorite Elijah Craig BP (batch or pick) of all time. 137 proof and tasty as F.

Copper Sky Wheated single barrel pick from a group I belong to. I had such a good experience with my previous CS pick that I decided to give this a try. Not as good at the 145 proofer I had last, but a good, sweeter pour.
