Doing a Bita Blend this morning - a bita this and a bita that. I'm guessing it's about 5% Brazil Matas Minas, 20% Ethiopia Organic Harar, and 75% Nicaragua Maragogype Laguna Verde. Pretty decent, for a mixture of weekend leftovers. :mrgreen:

You guys are making me thirsty for another cup. I had some Brazil Serra Negra this morning. It's a soft bean so I roasted it a little lighter. Nice lower acid with some mocha notes.
