  • BOTL UPCOMING MAINTENANCE

Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over the next few weekends BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

Slackers... :smokingme

I had a very nice V.R. Famosos from Nov. '04 gifted to me by Moglman. It was a very earthy and "in your face" smoke. Another nail in the coffin for the V.R. line...Gotta love'm! :awholelot

An '04 ERDM Choix Supreme. I LOVE this cigar. Ive had this 50 cab of these from the beginning of Sept. and its half gone. My go to at the moment. I will get another cab to age asap....not for a few weeks though; wife just checked our online banking...just got my ass handed to me by my wife for the $600++ I just spent. :cursing: Royaly pissed.

Enjoyed the Choix with a few glasses of Rhum Barbancourt 8 yr w/ a splash of OJ.

Been sick for a bit & unable to smoke any cigars (didn't want to waste them if I couldn't taste them).

Finally feeling fairly normal today so I lit up a Cohiba Siglo I ('02). I figured start small.

I certainly was much better than I remember them being. Smooth & creamy.

Hopefully this cold will stay far, far away & I'll get to have a few more.

Me again huh :headroll:

I decided to go with a recently acquired JL #2 from JAN '05. It was a wee bit over-humidified and the taste to me was of straight forward tobacco. Nothing really stood out. I'll let them rest some more and give'm another shot.

Oh, I forgot to mention this is the 3rd day in a row I've smoked. Damn I haven't done that in a while. I'll probably take a rest for a couple days.

What a coincidence! I too have a JL #2 in the truck for the drive home tonight. I usually smoke on the way to work, but I decided to save this smoke for the ride home.
I have really gotten to like these, so much so that I bought another box to age while I smoke the rest of the first box.
