Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over the next few weekends BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

Wow, I picked up a 15lb brisket at Costco the other day, over $90!My wife’s family drove up from SanAntonio. I smoked two racks of spare ribs and a 14# prime brisket For 15 hours starting Saturday. Everything was Next level. No sides besides pickles and sliced onions. Just heated up a few left over ribs and few pieces of brisket from the point on the grill for breakfast![]()
