BOTL UPCOMING MAINTENANCE
Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over the next few weekends BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

Traveling to Little Rock this week and next for classes for work. Making it impossible to squeeze in any workouts, I'll be back at it tomorrow and Sunday, hopefully next week with the better half being hime to cook, I can squeeze in a few small workouts.

Tried BCAAs for the first time this morning. Smell terrible, tasted worse. Will finish out this canister and probably not try them again unless I notice something super beneficial happen over the next month or so.
What brand?@Texican makes a huge difference in palatability. It's not a fast difference you see with them, but over time, I don't think I'd be where I am without them! Maybe it's placebo effect ... But if it takes faking my brain out ... I'm down!

Never had that one, so no firsthand experience. But like I said, it varies from one to the next .... ON is a horrible experience on BCAAs, grainy and tastes like moldy fruit. Ghost tastes like a fruity poolside beverage with an umbrella, and alpha lion is reminiscent of a kids drink at a BBQ!

Time to cycle my walking shoes. Current pair is now the "yardwork" pair, and I'm bringing in a fresh new pair from my closet. The pain in my lower back and having to take two Advil after simply walking 4 miles lets me know it's time. 
You say that like it's a bad thing!When your chest and arms get too big for polo shirts, it just makes you look extra swole when you wear them. When they get too big for button down dress shirts...you can't wear those shirts anymore.
