Tried to give the upper body a shock. I did back/chest supersets on Saturday, and then again Monday. Saturday was heavy with moderate reps and ample rest. Monday was higher reps, less rest. Feeling it today, especially after doing legs in between. I'll take today off and hit arms and legs tomorrow.

Blizzard here yesterday, my workout was shoveling the hundreds and hundreds of pounds of ice my Village dumped at the end of my driveway. Woke up this morning to more dumped ice, but f it, I'm heading to the gym for a double.
