1972 Ford Courier pick up. With a Mazda engine. Oh, and I had to buy that Mazda engine, AND install it. And maintane it. And pay for insurance.

What did my little sister get for her first car? A Nissan Sentra. And it came with a maintanence plan. And someone besides my sister paid for the insurance. And the gas.

Shit.........do I sound bitter?
:)

I'd LOVE to have my first car back.

1971 VW Karmann Ghia. NO heat, but great on gas (Regular leaded) and the chicks loved it.

Looked JUST like this-

1974 Dodge Dart with a slant 6. Timing chain busted while driving within the first couple of weeks. Replaced the motor with a 318. At the time I was working at Pizza Hut for $3.35 an hour. I swear most of every paycheck went into keeping that thing running.

Taken away? You mean stolen? A shame to lose a car like that...a 70 Challenger would go for big bucks these days! Those are some real beauties.
