BOTL UPCOMING MAINTENANCE
Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over the next few weekends BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

You want Jasmine rice here, and if you can't find that, long grain rice. Not brown rice.
Some lime and chilis are also welcome.

i made a stuffed chicken breast with reg stuffing but added small chunks of granny smith apple sides were salad (ceasar) and greenbeans with some wine that was paired along with the meal by another brother so thank you mb7 it was great
Thanks. Used this basic recipe and just kinda improvised as I went. Honestly don't remember all that I did, but I did use that basic outline.

Prepairing some king crab for tomorrow. I like to take apart the crab and cut length-wise allowing for easy eating. Alll I have to do is steam and open the shell with my fingers and the meat comes out in one piece.
Think were are gonna pair the crab with a simple marinated steak.

Certifiable.
Made Burgers and sausage patties(hand formed) on the grill, with carmelized onions, and roasted small potatoes, with farmers market fresh sour garlic pickles.

Stew is bubbling away right now. Beef, onions, carrots, potatoes, beer...doesn't get easier than that :grin:. Normally I'd use Guinness or some other stout, but didn't have any so I poured in some Leinenkugel's Fireside Nut Brown...we'll see how it turns out :dunno:.
