How do you make the sauce. Stir fry was one of our favorites before this and i have a feeling teriyaki is bad, (mmkay).
I am all for being able to get back some of our staples with rhe keto twist.
Eh, just have to make sure the sugar content of the chosen sauce isn't "too" high for the portion size. There's a lot of things people write off instantly, but if you check the numbers, do the calculations and watch the portions, they're fine.

And if you search, you can find a keto appropriate substitute or recipe for almost anything.

I just used a store bought sauce that was a little too high in sugar, and diluted it with some coconut oil.
The things that really made Asian dishes deal breakers before were the noodles and/or rice, and the egg rolls. Egg rolls pack a crazy amount of carbs in that wrapper somehow...

Will be doing "egg roll in a bowl" soon...
