That looked like a fantastic evening. Happy belated birthday, brother!Yesterday's birthday dinner. Fresh caught spiny lobster courtesy of a great BOTL, filet, a cheap cab from Sam's ($16), and red velvet cheesecake. Yum yum!!!!

BOTL UPCOMING MAINTENANCE
Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over the next few weekends BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

Didn't get a pic while they were on the grill but I decided to try my first attempt at grilled stuffed jalapeños. Turned out pretty good but they are MUCH hotter than I anticipated. Haha
Pork, chicken, and swordfish. A piece of applewood smouldering at the back left, a pan of water at the back right for moisture.

My new rig (Weber Performer Deluxe) showed up a day early & caught me off guard, so just a couple of lowly chicken breasts tonight. But I'm already in love! It's on this weekend. Elizabethan Mixture in the pipe & a local IPA in the mug.
