BOTL UPCOMING MAINTENANCE
Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over the next few weekends BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

Round steaks (any steak for that matter) are absolutely fantastic after soaking in this stuff for a few hours! Same deal for hamburgers and pork steaks on the grill as well! Let me know if you want to try it - I have a bottle that I can ship up to you if you can't find it in your local stores.
You can also find this stuff on Amazon but the price for a pint jar is crazy.

Just picked this kettle up on craigslist for $40. Gonna do some jamaican jerk porkchops in a little bit to get it figured out.
Love the Copper Kettle! I have 2 black ones in my arsenal of outdoor cooking machines, but always wanted to add a Copper Kettle. Missed out on one on Craigslist last year for $60. Somebody contacted the guy about 30 minutes before I did.Just picked this kettle up on craigslist for $40. Gonna do some jamaican jerk porkchops in a little bit to get it figured out.
Seasoned and now the initial sear is done. Off to indirect cooking for the rest of the cook
Slow roasted some 1” ribeyes then seared on the cast iron pan. Had roasted potatoes and some sort of salad with kale. The steaks were good. I let the wife buy them. I refuse to buy a steak under 1.5” thick. They just cook better in my opinion. The worst part is I told her what to buy and she used my card!
