62 mile commute, except for the first 3 miles, all is at least four lane. Typically takes about 1 1/2 hours each way. This is my time, burn one in the morning and one on the way home. The good thing is that once I get to work, there are 4 shops within about 15 minutes and pass by JR's coming and going.
Longest time it has taken is 6 hours and I was carpooling with a co-worker (no cigars in his vehicle). We don't car pool anymore.

We had our company dinner tonight. We all got bonus checks. We left late though and now there aren't any trains or busses that go close to where I live, so I am going to camp here in the datacenter. The other guy that lives in new york left, seems the MTA is still running. Don't know how long that will hold out.

Gecko, that is great that you pass by JRs and have that many shops within reach.

Josh, good luck camping out and getting home tomorrow!

I slept about 6 hours on two somewhat soft chairs in the break room pushed together to form a bed. Now I signed in at 8AM so I plan on leaving early, which is nice cause its friday!

I live 20 minutes from NYC. In the mornings no problems. Quick trip. Leaving takes me about 2 hours to get home though. And if the MTA strikes i'm really skunked.

Works out good. All 4 of the shops carry a few lines that are different than the others.

One I like to go and hang out at when I have free time.
One is most convienient, with the best prices, for stopping in on the commute home.
One for when I need to go to the mall, might as well stop in a pick up a few cigars or if someone gives me gift card for the mall.
One for when I need to hang out with the "uppercrust" or pick up a few over the top, overpriced, overated cigars.

What the hell is snow? :agreesmil
Only 6" fell throurgh the day and night. New Toy is a ball, may do the whole back yard. Well, atleast around the fire pit. Any Q's on the Pit check with Todd. Nice New Year's destination. A lot of good smoke's have been had around it. Maybe Mike in CO can post a pic of some serious snow depth.
:applause:

His fire pit is about six or seven feet in daimeter and about 8 inchaes below ground with about 12 inches of cement blocks in a circle above ground and it isn't ever big enough for our New Year's eve bonfires! :wtf:

We broke it in with 10 TREES! And it is visible from space!
