The 2012 BOTL™ Chicagoland HERF :: June 23rd

Some of us have been getting a little concerned with some of the talk in this thread, which deals with potential behavior while at the BOTL Herf. I know that all of it could be said in jest, as we are all excited about this large event. I feel it necessary to say this now, while we are still a little over ten days away for this enormous herf.

There are a number of people that have been working hard to make this a memorable event for everyone that is attending. I was originally asked to approach Sam at Casa de Montecristo about holding this event at their lounge, and have been in close communication with them for quite some time to ensure everything is set. I would not want to see any issues arise that might embarrass BOTL, as well as anyone that is a member of Casa de Montecristo, including myself.

I hope that any of the conversation that has created concerns is really all just in fun. We want everyone to have a good time. We want everyone to enjoy this herf being held at a spectacular lounge, with a group of amazing brothers!

Also, we wanted to make sure we remind everyone to have a Designated Driver. We don't want to see anyone drink and drive, even if you are staying at a hotel near the lounge.

I am excited to see all of the BOTLs that I have met, and look forward to meeting all of the BOTLs that I have not yet met.

Nope, I probably would of showed up with pink balloons tied to me. Trust me...
Don't worry though if its a serious concern I will actually be on my best behavior. Its all good man, I wouldn't want to cause problems. It's probably is a good thing you said something though.
