  • BOTL UPCOMING MAINTENANCE

    Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over time BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

    Depends on how long you are planning on storing them. Less the 5 years and I think you would be more likely to taste the cedar the the other cigar. And really they shouldn't change enough to be too much of an issue.

    I am going kind of a last minute thing that I couldn't pass up. I won't quite smoke to Kumar's standard but I don't think anyone will. Will also do a little fishing.

    I guess all things equall on the flavour side the one with theperfect firm white ash is prefered to dark flaky one. I agree that it isn't very important to me but if it is there with everything else all the better.

    Once you get into the higher end stuff the taxes seem to mellow out as our B&M's run lower margains then most. Our cheap stuff though, well we don't have cheap cigars really.

    It is real that is a Canadian Havana house hologram sticker and was a real release here. The full retail on it was only about $150 Canadian. And jose pierda cigars aren't bad for the price here and the tins seemed to be better the normal ones.

    I got the travel case of the 11/18 size and have been let down by construction on every cigar I have smoke out of it. Not that they were that bad but they all had very loose draws. I don't know how much the liberty is worth but that is the one I really expected better construction from.
