BOTL UPCOMING MAINTENANCE
Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over the next few weekends BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

Lime-a-ritas?
This is like asking this forum if they've had any good Gurkhas lately.... Sure there are those who like them, but not too many. If I want a Margarita, I'm making my own. Good ones are HTF even in mexican joints. Buy some Agave nectar, nice bottle of tequila, some fresh lime, dash of diet... -

Was there supposed to be two cigars for us to comment on? Sounded like it.. Anyway, best Cuban #2 ATM is the Upmann IMO. Consistent, smoking well in relative youth, and just an all around helluva smoke for any occasion. VR Unicos are nice too...but more chocolate & cream, where the Upmann is... -

I get the experience aspect of DLD, 100%. If this was in my neck of the woods, I'd likely be trying my hardest to get tickets to this event. I am just genuinely curious about the beer. No more Trinidad's?
I smoked a Robusto T on the golf course this past Saturday.....which was the 1st cigar in a what was probably the most sticks I'd smoked in the span of a day in quite a long time. Probably ever... Anyway, that Robo T was just a damn fantastic start to my day. I love too many Robustos to call... -
Cigar Hangovers?
These are very real. Just depends on a persons sensitivity to nicotine. Too much in one day can, for those with said sensitivity, lead to a hangover of sorts. Usually only happens to me after having smoked all day (a rartity), or if ending a night with a uber full bodied/full strength smoke... -
And on top of other things...
Man...that's a horrible story Frank. Feel bad for all involved obviously....but couldn't stop thinking about the kids in the car the whole time I was reading that. Awful experience doesn't even begin to sum that one up.- KPP

Which 2 and why?

^ love that beer.... At dinner w/ the wife. Food was fantastic, lobster pot stickers, kal-bi beef ribs, soy ginger noodles & curry mac salad... Beer however, was lame.. Deschutes chain breaker IPA. Don't waste your time. -

HA!...well, I suppose I could've drank one at room temp since they haven't had any time to chill...but as hard to come by as that beer is....it's one I don't mind being patient with. They'll get drank though, count on it! :bottle: -

I've not yet tried the 2012 release, but if it's on par w/ 2011...i'm sure i'll be one happy beer-drinkin' SOB! Definitely plan to let at least a couple get some age on em' though. -

I've been slacking...so here's a couple as I try to play beer catchup... For you Canadians that haven't or can't get a hold of Pliny...this Driftwood Fat Tug isn't too far off IMO. Citrus & pine w/ a definite floral component to it. A very, very nice IPA.. And the Founders Double Trouble... -

Recommendations on ISOM Tubos
I think Bass Mans actual pt was you can't smoke an ISOM. It's an old acronym that has been passed around on pretty much every forum ive seen at some pt or another. It's a Cuban cigar we're referencing, so just call it a "Cuban cigar" or cc if shortening is the ultimate goal. No need for ISOM...
