• BOTL UPCOMING MAINTENANCE

Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over the next few weekends BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

New Orleans Saints coach Sean Payton suspended

If some PYT sleeps with a different dude every night of the week....but no money ever exchanges hands for the knob polishin' service...does that mean she's not a whore?

Solid review Ryan, nice job. The box of late 09s I split have been resting peacefully all winter. Hopefully when I revisit this Spring/Summer the draw won't be as firm as the first couple I smoked were. As for the book, it looks nicely laid out. If I ever actually took notes when I smoked...

    Real or Fake?

Looks real to me...from what I can tell from the pic anyway. Also seem to recall seeing somewhere that tubos aren't faked nearly as often. The reason as I understand it being, why waste the $ and resources faking the tube if u don't have to?

    Beer O da day!

Follow up note on the Southern Tier Choklat.. This isn't a beer you finish a bomber of by yourself. Unless of course you like rich and sweet. It's not overly sweet though, but its definitely rich...like a heavy chocolate mousse dessert. Good thing the wife enjoys Chocolate beers, otherwise I'd...

    Beer O da day!

Southern Tier Choklat Stout.. I've never tasted chocolate in a stout as amplified as this. You can smell it even... For this style, safe to say dont think ive ever had better. Impressive beer.

    ISO Founders KBS 2012

Figured might as well add to the limited beer frenzy goin' on today.. My hookup for this years release didn't pan out as expected unfortunately. If anyone has a source that I can order from that will ship, that would be greatly appreciated. Or if by chance someone has access to pick...

    Beer O da day!

Picked up some 21st Amendment Bitter American for a beer trade....and since I'm not sending the whole 6'er, figured might as well try it.. Not too shabby. This would make for a nice "session" beer for hop-lovers.

    Beer O da day!

Agree... If I were putting together a favorites list of IPAs, this one would be up near the top for sure.

Nice hauls on that Nugget Nectar and KBS! Awful quiet around here on the KBS front...anyone try this years release yet?

    Beer O da day!

Ballast Point Big Eye IPA... This is right up there with Racer 5 only a little heavier (creamy almost). Doesn't hurt that it comes in a 6 pack either.

    Punch Punch or QDO claro?

QdO Corona is a cigar that intrigues me... That, and the EDRM Choix Supreme & the Upmann Connie #1s.

    Beer O da day!

Avery The Maharaja... Decent, but definitely not worthy of buying again. Too much malt here IMO. It does have a nice balance for an Imperial, but that's about all it has going. Hop flavor just isn't there and the sweetness is a little overdone..

    Beer O da day!

Good info Angelo, I'll have to pick up a bottle next time I see it. Still on vacay, so starting the night off with a duchesse bourgogne. Now this is an interesting beer. I'd previously said the La Folie would be a good introductory for someone interested in trying sours. I was wrong. This...

    Beer O da day!

Alesmith IPA... Think of Pliny...only a bit heavier on the Pine and Resin...and a tad lighter on the Grapefruit/Citrus. This is one helluva IPA....

    Beer O da day!

I'm on vacation... That shit's out the window this week...lol Next up is an Alesmith IPA that I've never had, nor seen. Looking forward to it..

    Beer O da day!

Seen this plenty of times, but for whatever reason have never picked it up. Any good Angelo? Right now, The Bruery Saison Rue... I can see buying this one again. Thanks for pulling the trigger yourself Cliff so I could see what this one's about...it's a very nice 1st beer o'tha day..

    RA Extra LE = NC?

This stick has been hard to refrain from purchasing....it's always there, available, taunting me. The longer I've waited however, and the more info that has come out over time (such as this thread), the more I'm happy that I chose to pass. Hopefully age will be good to these for those that...

    Beer O da day!

Began the night with a Pliny.. Now moved on to a New Belgium La Folie 2012. Early into this so far, but seems very similar to the 2011. 2011 may have had a slight bit more tartness, but hard to tell. Both very good..
